I Think the Idea of an Independent School of Professional Psychology Makes Sense to Me
When i was a columbia university, they were proud to offer the first undergraduate course by a psychoanalyst from their medical school. Could you get credit in the psychology department? No, ha, ha. It was too com ted. So i didn't observe a lot of radical co operating, even internally. And then it dawned on me years later that not only should you pursue this internally, but this can be effected across institutions. I think society can do better together.
