What Are the Virtues of Successful Teams and Cultures?

The education system has a lot to learn. What are the virtues and values of successful teams and cultures? Where do we think they come from and how do we build artifacts that support those? I wish we had days in a series that we've talked about this because this stuff just fascinates me.
