i know byin is definitely a slow process. But you know what i've seen as that with students who are in k through five, they started the process a year before our middle school staff,. Actually, just had a conversation last week with the teacher, and she goes, oh, maria, i get it now. I understand it now. And i was like, ei ote mi and the chorus singing, hallelu yo. Though i would say that the byin happens during implementation, which is hard because, of course, we want everyone to be on board but the reality is that not could happen.
