The Pirates of the 21st Century
The world hotspot for piracy in the 21st century is off the coast of Samaya to the east of the Horn of Africa. The Somali government collapsed in 1991 and the country was plunged into disarray. As a result, local fishermen found that there weren't nearly as many fish left for them. And we'll find out that although the pirates of the 21st Century are traditional in that their overall aim is similar to that of famous pirates like red beard or black beard, their reasons for turning to piracy were quite different.
