How to Build a Backend for an iOS App

Chris: If someone wants to learn more about building, a backend for an iOS app, what would you suggest besides your wonderful series with code with Chris? Like even if it was a no JS thing, like if they wanted to become more aware of backend systems and how they work with iOS, what resources would you recommend? I would have to think I know. So when I first started learning backends and data databases and everything, I had used a series because I was, this was within like a fortune 500 company. And then later Firebase has an entire playlist on how to go from like your SQL like knowledge to noSQL which is completely different.
