i was confident that microsoft was doing the right thing. A lot of things that maof does are very transparent, both internally and externally which also resinate with my personal values. i think those aspects were quite important in helping me make this decision to return to microso full time. What is that mission statement that resonated with you? Ing micrso's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. And i see this throughout the organization, where people are aligned with this mission,. They wan to contribute to products and features that make it easier for, theyrenot developers and users to build their own products.
