I'm all about like a post mortem for each event that i throw and figuring out, like, where's room for improvement? How can we make this like, a smoother transition? Or how can I make this more fruitful for the attend. To me, because at the end of the day, your audience is your bread and butter. That's whos coming to your events. You want to make sure you're doing right by them.
