How to Get More Pleasure From Lower Levels of Excitement

With gambling it's different with gambling it's about the adrenaline rush. And for somebody who is addicted to that adrenaline rush they need to figure out what they want to do instead of gambling. They might do extreme sports like skiing. I'm not saying extreme skiing is better than gambling but it does have, I mean you could die that way. You don't die from gambling. With gambling you can lose a lot very quickly or maybe you want to use medication so that you don't need that adrenaline rush quite so intensely.
