The Supreme Court is set to rule on a federal law that bans people from encouraging or inducing suicide among vulnerable groups of people. David Frum says he thought the case would be about immigration distortion, but it was actually an issue of First Amendment rights. He says some justices were particularly keen on this like Justice Alito who said inducement isn't a crime even though what you're inducing isn't also a crime.Frum: The final vote may look like it's along those lines.
