We may benefit enormously from cutting oxelates out of our diet because the oxilates are giving us kidney stones. Or we may benefit from cutting out soluble fibre from our diet because it's messing with a microbium. Our needs are different from each other and in flux all the time over the last three million years. And so we need to look at this pretty dynamically.
