Can I Keep My Air Canada Credit Card for Another Year?

i've got high level a leat status through the end of this year, and i'd love to keep it longer. I won't dip under five 24 until after november, so if chase applies therus Five 24 rule to the application, to the credit card application, i can't then sign up for the card. They usually exclude people who have signed up for five or more cards with any bank in the past 24 months. But there's been a number of reported incidents recently where people who were over five 24 have been approved for some co branded cards. Ai went ahead and apply just in case. We'll see what happens.
