Should Clarence Thomas Recuse Himself?
Clarence thomas should recuse himself from anything i january sixth related, but he already presided over these cases. I think she has to go under oath not because she's the spouse of a member of the supreme court, but also because she's somebody's material to this case. She's an actavist who has a lot of influence. And in the short term, she can volunteer to go in front of the january sixth committee, which, it seems to me, like the best route of action. L delphanes sonds like a conflict of interest, but we'll have to keep an eye on this story and just see where it goes.
