Thanks for breaking that down because I know we get a lot of questions on that. A lot of people explore that strategy just to realize that doesn't always make sense. We got one or two more things here for general partners before we dive into the LP kind of side of things. So oftentimes, right, we all know that bonus depreciation is quite powerful. Sometimes people invest in syndicates in order to get bonus depreciation so that they can use it to offset income or gains from other passive activities like rental real estate. And sometimes within syndicates, the bonus depreciation or depreciation just in general is allocated or it can be allocated in all different ways and not always necessarily based on ownership interest.
