Genetic Engineering and the Future of Intelligence

I hope in ten years that I could increase my own intelligence through genetic engineering. In some science fiction novel there's a crisper injection into your brain or into your bloodstream that kind of upgrades your cells in your brain and they rewire themselves better. You know actually something like over one or two percent of babies born today have some serious genetic condition which is going to ultimately be quite expensive for the health care system. If you can if you can at a cost point remove that one or two per cent probability you can save a lot of money yeah.
