The Inflation Issues Are Still Entrenched

Calgary office space is still quite empty. The numbers, I think officially like the occupancy rate is about 22, 23%. People argue that it's closer to 25 to 30 still. So you just have a lot of buildings again. And San Francisco is also sort of interrupted, but it's like they're walking dead there. Right now prices are actually accelerating higher because you've got people not listing their houses on the market. You have a 20 year load nationally and new listings. It's kind of suppressed like what we're seeing right now at RBC.
