The New Russian Hypersonic Missiles
hypersonic missiles from Russia and China are frequently dubbed as carrier killers. The newest generation of Russian hypersonics apparently have a top speed of Mach 27, which is far too quick for most of the warning systems to even pick it up or prevent it. Some estimates put their accuracy rate around the 5-10%, and their price tag is even more expensive than some of the basic Hypersonic missiles.
