The Corruptness of the DoD

The DoD is required by law to produce an annual audit. From the time that that went into effect in the mid 90s, they have broken the law every year since then. There is 21 trillion of undocumented adjustments through fiscal 2015. This is not just an inventory problem. We're talking about a financial coup. She's grossly incompetent and deeply brainwashed. Deeply. And yet still arrogant.
