Yeah, I do think there's a kind of political economy problem like it's very funny. The downstream lesson of supply side liberalism or of state capacity or libertarianism should be that actually you know these semi-elite institutions are better sheltered from democracy than appointed positions such as NEPA. When when someone says 10% less democracy everyone instantly thinks dictator because that's why that was a really terrible phrase to pick by the way.
