A 63-year-old man named 'dick conet' washed up on the Hudson River in New York. He was looking for a job, but ended up spending seven years living and working along the river. Now he's returned to his home state of texas after being inspired by what he saw there. The story has been made into a film called Dick Conat: A Man Walks On To Another World.
