How to Sandbag a Project

I think in some ways it could be very useful. For example, if you're a builder in USA, we think the job will be done in February. I think they sandbag all the time. They might deliberately underperform to make your project look worse. And somebody in your team might sandbag you by... Just all in bingo,. Not the balls on the foreheads. Right. So that is sandbagging. You can do it too.
