First climbed on clogging Dorothy in 83. Was at Stanhidge with his friend Neil McCady, and it was really incredibly hot. Then Dawn came up and we did about four beautiful routes of E2s and E3s. That happened to be the day when Jerry Moffitt arrived and did Masters Wall. So I sort of that changed how I felt about myself and in regard to Jerry as being other than me,. But we were there at clog and we climbed bigger wrecks. We climbed fantastic cracks. It is the basic idea. If you can't fall off, you need to be good. And also you're climbing rock plus or rock minus.
