As a young dentist, I'd give these wonderful treatment plans and everyone walked out the door because I didn't know how to present them. So we got to see like, okay, it's really great that if we describe all of these things or we're finding and diagnosing, but how well are we doing at helping people understand the importance and then actually do it?
