The Impact of Unsupportive Leadership on Attendance
I'm imagining you started to change your pastoral practice 12, 18 months, two years ago. Have you kind of felt a shift in your work by deploying some of these things? Last year at our church, we did a huge focus on deploying people in their gifted areas. That's because scripture says everyone has a role anyway. I haven't actually yet tracked whether that's had an impact on our attendance since we've done that. But yeah, we're thinking about doing that.
