Are We Free?

We can't really live our lives without this belief that there is some sort of flow of time and a belief as well that we have some sort of freedom. I don't think you make any sense of flowing time, it could just ask how fast does it flow? Not one second per second. Time has an arrow. There's a directionality. The physical process is around us in time. But time itself doesn't flow or move. Time is just there. And so what's moving or changing or passing is the self.
