How Did You Come Up With the Idea for the Elevator?

Andi. Am o've asked partly the same questions over and over about the book. But i'm curious, with this really innovative question here, where the idea for this look came from? Oh, you know it. It sparked a long time ago. I was working on it im in two to 19, so, well before anything virus hit the world,. And i remember thinking it was going to be a mother daughter thriller. She's terrified that she will be found out. That's pretty much, in a nutshell, that's a really good elevator pit.
