The Waffle House Sex Tape Scandal
A jury has found a housekeeper and two lawyers not guilty of unlawful surveillance for making a sex tape, a former Waffle House CEO. According to Georgia law, both parties need to consent to a sex tape being filmed. Rogers is still gross for asking an employee for a massage and cheating on his wife all the same. But because Bindle recorded Rogers without his consent, the court seemed to think that this sort of canceled itself out.
