There's no quick fix in nutrition or weight loss or sports nutrition performance. Suggested ways of eating are just based on kind of like picking out that little piece of me. And I think the omnivore diet kind of gained traction using that tactic. So that way of eating is not really sustainable for long term and it's not good for health either.
