Is the Vegan Diet Really Leading to Better Strength Gains?

A new study shows that the omnivorous diet can lead to better strength gains than a vegan diet. Both groups were having one point six grams per kilogram per day of protein. Soi protein, again, has a pretty favorable ameno acid profile and good digestibility as well. And so i think it's really important to recognize here that they did everything right in terms of trying to make sure that the vegan diet effectively supported hypertrophy.
