Coffee Cherry Vodka

There's a very short shelf life of the by-product waste before it starts fermenting on its own. So having the facilities with all the waste spinning off and going right into the distillery, we don't know anyone that's doing that to the capacity that we're talking about. We have enough capacity in our processing facilities in our web mill to process additional cherries from local neighboring farmers. It could taste just like regular vodka. There are companies that make coffee cherry vodka. A lot of farms are widely dispersed and they don't necessarily have access to main infrastructure.
