i went on a 12 week cut, 12 week calory deficit. i did not count my calories for my calory deficit because you didn't. I got ou kno, roughly five thousand steps per day. I'm doing strangt training. I srain train five times a week. Just got some steps, and most of the time was just five thousand steps,. up until the last, kind of, like two or three weeks, which was more than thousand steps to get down to a leaner, body fat.
