The Common Ground of Baptism in Church History
Baptism is a polarizing issue, especially in online debates and everything. So I thought maybe a good place to start as we frame this discussion of baptism would be where is the common ground? What has the church always held in common when it comes to baptism? There's not a ton of common ground because anything we say, number one, we can probably find some odd person or group out there that's not adhered to that. And yes, this is the common appeal that's made that it is universal among the Church Fathers.
