Uga has trade mark, multiple trade mark applications pending. They've been pending for over a year. It takes a long time for the trade mark office to to process. One or two of them have been sent back with fall up questions. I do believe trade marks are still enforcible while they are in the application process. Just if their application is rejected, then you can't make a claim that you trade mark.
