What Was So Good About West Avenue Academy?

I was happy at West Avenue. I could see the journey was there, and I saw young players were getting a chance. It's hard to explain. When I was at Chelsea years later, and I was building the training ground, they asked me, like, what is it that Westam had? They heard you talk about Academy, me talk about the Academy, they're talking about building the building. And my dad was just like, no, it'll go where he's happy, and I'm sure it still goes on now.
