The brain operates through its borders. So instead of a immune cell coming inside the brain and bothering those sleeping babies, you take your food out into your front yard or backyard. I don't think any other organ, maybe an eye and ovaries that are in the privilege also doing the same thing. The idea that engines could be driven from the brain out in the periphery, not out of the borders is being accepted by the scientific community.
