Is There a Value to Saying Nothing?

Coaches are obsessed as coaches to the detriment of learning with intensity. A lot of coaches feel, and I shouldn't even say coaches, I think coaches know. It's like this narrative that exists from other people's perception of what coaching is. There's an old statement, you know, the old say, if everything's important, nothing's important. You need to create structure within my practice so that the accountability of the drill creates the accountability not the volume in my voice.
