I genuinely get out of bed every morning because i believe the time for change is now. There have been a lot of people that said renting would never work, it would never take off. And i really believe we are on to the next big thing. I think especially for a younger work force, an the majority of my work force is kind of in the millennialan and the gense space. They want to work for brands that they believe in... It's not green washing. It's not a business trying to look sustainable. We can attract some top talent, and we certainly do.
