People who have gone through the program will be able to share and learn from each other so that it doesn't feel I guess for lack of a better word scary to anybody. We let the space be there for those conversations to happen and they almost always turn to us and say but how do you all do it, she says. Once the program is over how do you ensure people stay connected? It's not necessarily through social media but it's through kind of a team chat type model where everyone in the class is able to communicate with each other throughout the class. The educator will always be available so that everybody can be a part of that as we grow.
