Can Someone Actually Say They're Sorry?

I worry about our culture of, like, we have a culture right now that seems to just diagnose everybody with narcissism. I look for things like, can someone actually say they're sorry? It freaks me out being around people who can't apologize because that's verie,. That then you kind of can't work with that person. And on top of that, where where it becomes particularly insidious is gas lighting.
