I like the alternative science fiction view that if our society collapses, it may have a hard time re rising because of the absence of fossil fuels. The idea that we're going to run out of these things, i think doesn't really stack up. Both oil and gas have become much more available thanks to the knowledge of how to fracture rocks underground. We'e probably only one % would survive. Let's go back to talk a little bit about steam and wat and bolton and all those.
