How Did You Decide to Buy a House When You Were 24?

Jillian: I feel like we kind of skipped over a few years or maybe we're just kind of jumping back and forth in the timeline. So you adopted Micah at 21 but when did you ditch the camper life if you bought this first house when you were 24? Sounds like there's a three year gap but that's when you accumulated all of your children. No, we rented for 10 years. We put an offer for $50,000 cash and we ended up eventually buying two more rentals. And then it was two years after that that we got the sibling group of three.
