I think I hit on something really important there which is how intellectualizing everything, even like the notes that you take in for your second brain, sometimes it can be very very helpful but sometimes it actually can be less beneficial than if you hadn't done anything. Not every note has to be intellectualized and sometimes intellectualizing actually makes it worse. It turns into like a yeah Frankenstein of thoughts. And the whole point of the script is to connect with people and enjoy life but then sometimes I'm like way too into it like crush this or whatever.
