The Fed Raises Rates, but Does It Break Something?
Is it possible the Fed already broke something that we didn't really notice or wasn't devastating? That is not a naive question. The old line, and I still think it applies, is the Fed raises rates and they don't really know when to stop... then they have their oh, shit moment. We haven't gotten there yet. Maybe they continue to raise rates. As expected on the 26th of July, they're going to raise rates again.
