Investing in Real Estate

The real estate investor is effectively loaning money to a real estate investor who's building a house or fixing and flipping a property. And, you know, we deal with experienced operators. This is typically their full-time job. Some of them, it's part-time, but the vast majority, they're full-time guys. They have a plan. We've done the loan based on the value of the property now, how much they're going to invest in it, and where we see the exit happening.
