The Difference Between Self-Efficiency and Self-Concept

Self-efficacy is an individual's subjective conviction in her or his capabilities to perform a specific task successfully. This isn't about how you feel about yourself, this is whether you believe you can do something. So if somebody with a higher self-efficacy will tend to achieve better. All these different things are affected by self- efficacy.
