TikTok is a video-sharing app that has become hugely successful in the United States. In 2017, Bike Dunts bought Musically for $1 billion to accelerate its international growth. Doyin and TikTok are very similar if you just open the app, but Doyin has some more advanced features such as the ability to buy things directly within the app. Both apps were growing fast, Doyin within China, and TikTok internationally.
