The Importance of Experiments in Pace Layering

Experiments are the things you do outside of the diagram as it were so that you can commit to changes you want to make inside the pace layers. Jeremy mentions experiments in his original message to us and I guess it's an interesting case where those experiments aren't necessarily part of this sort of pace layering concept. If it's hard to change your interface what's been shipped then you're doing these experiments on the blueprint you know or in your prototypes for your interface. Maybe that's just like a separate play area  and that doesn't really come into pace layering the experiments are there because of this problem with oh this is layers more painful to change we should avoid that.
