Warren Buffett's Sharp Ratio
We looked at both the performance in the sense of just the Berkshire Hathaway stock. It turns out he has had a tremendously high return, but he has also had quite significant risk leaving him with the sharp ratio which is still incredibly impressive because it's about double the sharp ratio of the market. He likes to buy stable, profitable, high quality companies at a reasonable price. Those types of stocks have done well in general. And he has benefited from being an early investor to recognize that and export it.
