The glycemic index is simply a raiding system on how am every carbohydrate, once metabolized, impacts lod sugar. It just doesn't have nearly as much relevance as i once thought. I've had people get lean not utilizing all low g i carbs. So now, when we look at advance fat loss, like really trying to target that last few pounds, or go from good shape to great shape, using hig gi carbs post workout.
