I think it's more about China, really, and the trade wars and everything because risk five is this open instruction set. And you've got a bunch of Chinese companies making risk five SOCs. I imagine they can easily legislate against things like that if they wanted to in the US. But at least it means you've got this huge market that is still using at least some version of Android.
