The typical characteristic murmur that the listeners should find when examining a patient with classical mitral regurgitation. Rajan: "Please do not think about the heart murmur when you put the stethoscope on, or you will be in a guessing game" The usual features are pan-systolic and mid-to-late sistolic Murmurs. In slim people, it can go anywhere from 40 to 50 years of age - axilla accent is nearly 100 times more common.
